WHAT IS THE COMMITTED SIXES LACROSSE LEAGUE?
The Committed Sixes League is a six-week regional competition designed exclusively for committed 11th and 12th grade lacrosse athletes. Launching in Fall 2025, the league provides a unique opportunity for players to compete in the international Sixes format — a fast-paced, high-rep game designed for elite athletes.

The inaugural season will take place in New York, Maryland, and Philadelphia, with plans to expand to regions across the country in future years.
ELIGIBILITY

Open exclusively to athletes in 11th and 12th grade

Players must be committed to play collegiately and have their commitment posted on Inside Lacrosse

A valid USAL membership is required for registration
SEASON
FORMAT

Six weeks of competition in October and November

Games played on Saturdays & Sundays (Maryland Saturday afternoons; Long Island Sunday mornings; Philly Sunday afternoons)

Team Assignments: Players will be placed on regional teams by Inside Lacrosse to ensure balanced rosters based on IL rankings and evaluations

Team Size: 10–12 players per roster, including at least 9 field players and 1 goalie

Player-Coached Teams: Two player-coaches per team

Game Rules: World Lacrosse Sixes rules, with officiating by certified umpires
